Mentoring for All East Midlands .

What's Involved?

Step step1 Understanding and engagement

The first activity is a free-of-charge meeting with a member of our Mentoring team.
This meeting will help you to understand MentoringforAll East Midlands and establish your needs. If you decide the programme will be beneficial, you will be able to sign up and receive your welcome pack.

Step step2 Your mentor

We will introduce you to a qualified mentor who will be selected from our extensive pool of experienced business leaders, and matched according to your needs.

Step step3 The programme

The programme is designed around a plan of 10 mentoring sessions over a 12 month period, at times and locations to suit you both. Mentoring sessions can be used to discuss any issue relating to the management or operation of your business – what is discussed is up to you. Your mentor will act as a sounding board and will provide a focal point for your discussions. They will listen, offer an experienced point of view and help evaluate solutions.

Step step4 Final assessment

Once you have completed the programme, you will be asked to provide feedback on the benefits it has provided to you and your business. Further business support will then be identified to meet your needs.

MentoringforAll East Midlands will add real value to you and your business for only £250 + VAT.
(The full cost of this subsidised programme would normally be around £2,500.)
